Cartvertising has been a wonderful addition as one of our marketing tools. Many patients comment on seeing the doctor's face on the cart! They love it! The referral may not be a direct referral from Cartvertising but it helps with "top of mind" when used in conjunction with our other marketing pieces. New patients see the ad and it prompts them to call, while existing patients are reminded to call for an appointment. Cartvertising is also a great way to showcase our officiate those new to the area. Dr. Art Laos is the exclusive dentist on the carts and then in all the other marketing pieces that are going out. we find that reputation is key. Thank you for getting me set up as the exclusive plumber at Vons in San Pedro. I must say I was pleasantly surprised to notice calls from this area not long after my billboard posted. Like you told me, they did not say they saw me on the shopping carts. A couple said they found me on Yelp. Considering I’m usually number 17 on the Yelp list I know they have many choices before the get to my name. I do very little advertising and I work all over the area. Given these calls came from the neighborhood close to Vons I believe name recognition from my cart ad really boosts recognition of my company. I used the photo of my trucks in the ad and now that I’m working in the neighborhood more often I hope to see even more results!

Thank you for a great first year with the Cartvertising branding program. In addition to renewing my current position I just added a second to expand my reach. I hear clients say they saw me on the carts all the time and I know if my current clients are seeing it, so are my new potential clients. Even though you told me it’s very difficult to track, I know I started receiving more calls right away. By the third month I was averaging 3-5 more calls per month and my ad literally paid for itself within the first 2 months! A funny story to share... I was standing in line behind a mother and child. The kid was about 4 and kept staring at me. He got his mom’s attention and point at me, “Mommy, that man is famous!”. The mom turned to look at me and I smiled, pointed to the shopping carts and shrugged. We both had a chuckle about it. You can bet she’ll remember me! I've been working very hard for over twenty years trying to brand my name throughout the area. I've done direct mail, newsletters, billboards, print publications, and lots of school promotions. Adam is a a great person to work wit. He is honest and ethical and always so professional in terms of calling me or mailing back right away. When I first met Adam I had instant connection with him as someone I felt comfortable in working with for my marketing. I have now been advertising for about a year now with Safeway using their carts and my business has grown in 2014 significantly. The growth has been steady and constant. I think having a presence at Safeway near where my office is located has helped with some of the walk-ins I have gotten in 2014. I also do direct mail out to the local residents in the area. Together with the mail outs as well as the Cartvertising has shown to me an effective tool of increasing my contact whether on-line, on the phone or in-person, the number of people I have quoted this year has doubled compared toto the summer I quoted in 2013. When my current clients do see my advertising at Safeway, I will sometimes get a photo text messaged to me of my actual advertising from my client. With the message usually saying, "Guess who I went shopping with?" or "Guess who I saw at Safeway?". My clients get a kick out of seeing my advertisement. And I believe it also gives them a sense of pride knowing that their agent has strong presence in the community.

I just wanted to send you a quick email and thank your everything you have done to help me grow my business! Cartvertising has been tremendous aid in increasing my brand recognition and awareness in my local market area. I get at least one text every week from a friend or an acquaitance who sees my face on their grocery store cart as they are shopping for their groceries.. It has proven to be such a fun and effective way to remind my local community that I'm here to take great care of them in regard to their real estate needs. Often, local residents will come in and visit one of my open houses and say to me, "I see your face everywhere". I know that is largely due to my photo on the grocery store carts at my local Ralphs. I have one pretty unique story that I'd love to share with you. There is a woman who works as a crossing gurad on the corner of my street every morning. for the past several months, I've waived at her and said "Good Morning" from my car as I've stopped at the stop sign at her corner. Just last week I received a phone call from a woman as she was shopping at Ralphs. She told me she was shopping for her groceries and looked down and noticed my advertisement on her cart. She immediately called me and I answered the phone. The woman asked me, "Do you drive a black truck?'. I said, "Yes...I sure do. I drive a black Tahoe". She said to me " I thought I recognized that smile on my shopping cart! I'm the crossing guard who you wave to and say hello to every morning!" It turns out that crossing guard recognized e from my photo on the Cartvertising ad on the front of her shopping cart! She said that she is going to be looking for an investment home to buy in the near future... and she was hoping that I would be able to help her with the buying process. There is no denying that my Cartvertising ads are being noticed by residents in the community! thank you for this fantastic oppurtunity!
